Role Description

As a Scan-to-BIM MEP Engineer / Modeler at Inkers Technology Private Limited, Bangalore, you will convert reality capture data (point clouds / laser scans) into accurate BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will ensure models are clash-free, meet required standards, and support design, coordination, and facility management projects.

Responsibilities

  • Process point cloud data and extract MEP/FP systems.
  • Model Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in Revit according to standards.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural/structural teams.
  • Produce as-built models, drawings, and equipment schedules.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with BIM standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant diploma.
  • 3–5 years' experience in BIM MEP modeling with Scan-to-BIM exposure.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, point cloud processing software, Navisworks/AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of MEP/FP systems and installation practices.
  • Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
