Position Sr. Engineer Software Quality Assurance

Experience 4 to 6 years

Location Mohali (Chandigarh) / Ludhiana

Core Duties/Responsibilities

• Converting requirements into testable scenarios.

• Experienced with US Clients , and worked on Onsite / Offshore model

• Developing and execution of detailed test cases from available requirements using Azure DevOps.

• Intermediate in API Testing tools i.e. Postman and enable to write Tests.

• Experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Models - AGILE, Sprint etc.

• Bug reporting for individual components/modules and created metrices.

• Leveraging test assets from available test suites in planning testing for a release.

• Coordinating with different teams (e.g. Design, Development, etc.) for test issues, queries, defects, etc.

• Defect tracking (including identification, assignment, and escalation) and help team lead in risk assessments based upon results of verification and validation.

• Basic concepts should clear on programming languages Java/ C#.

• Knowledge on Automation tool like Selenium (Intermediate level)

• Able to implement Testing Methodologies (Unit testing/system testing/integration testing/acceptance testing).

Requirements

Qualifications/Your Background

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in testing.

• Experience in STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management. Solid team player.

• Time and project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as when needed.

• Good to have certifications.

• Good to have Insurance / Healthcare Domain Knowledge.

• Good to know performance and load testing tool like Jmeter.
