Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, client relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Marketing strategy development and implementation
- Market research and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the ed-tech industry is a plus
