Job Description

Position: Quality SOP/SIP Specialist

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Academic Requirement: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

Compensation: As per market standards

Hiring Manager: Priteshsinh Solanki

Location: Pune. (Global travel with China, Mexico, and Turkey)

Probation: 6 months

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a quality role within an automotive supplier or related manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with an eye for simplicity and clarity.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained on internal systems such as Haygen.

Others: Experience of working in Automotive/Manufacturing organization would be preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality SOP/SIP Specialist to join our global team. The successful candidate will play a key role in standardizing and simplifying our quality documentation across all sites. Experience with Haygen systems is not required we will provide training but experience in a quality role within an automotive supplier is essential. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that will require regular international travel.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs) with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
  • Use standard tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to create high-quality, easily digestible documentation.
  • Collaborate with global quality teams to unify and standardize processes across all manufacturing locations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to China, Mexico, and Turkey to support implementation and training.
  • Champion a less is more philosophy by eliminating unnecessary complexity from documentation and procedures.
