Inner Grooved Tube

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for Inner Grooved Tube manufacturing and supply.

Manage operations, production planning, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams for seamless execution.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across projects and operations.

Monitor plant performance, efficiency, and cost control initiatives.

Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for process improvements and technology upgradation.

Manage vendor development, material planning, and logistics.

Prepare and review MIS reports, project progress reports, and operational dashboards for management.

Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.

Handle client interactions, technical discussions, and project handovers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inner grooved tube manufacturing processes, operations, and applications (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).

Proven expertise in project management, production, and operations handling.

Exposure to plant operations, equipment installation, and commissioning.

Analytical mindset with ability to optimize cost, productivity, and efficiency.

Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering.

experience in Projects & Operations in Tube Manufacturing/Metals Industry.

Prior exposure to inner grooved tube or related products preferred.
