Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Deputy Manager at SOTC Travel Ltd. The Deputy Manager will be actively involved in developing and implementing travel strategies, managing client portfolios, coordinating travel operations, and ensuring superior customer service. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, evaluating business performance metrics, and driving growth in various travel segments.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership skills, including team coordination and motivation
• Proficiency in developing travel and tourism strategies, planning, and client relationship management
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving
• Business acumen with experience in performance analysis, target achievement, and organizational growth
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, tools, and systems is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the travel and tourism sector
