AI Engineer
to join our core team and lead the development of
AI agents
and
intelligent models
that will power the next generation of personalized healthcare experiences.


Role: AI Engineer – Agentic AI Systems


Location:
Thoraipakkam, Chennai (On-site)

Compensation:
₹3–4 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)


What You'll Work On:

  • Designing and developing
    AI agents
    capable of contextual understanding, reasoning, and healthcare guidance
  • Building and integrating
    LLM-based models
    for chat, recommendations, and knowledge retrieval
  • Collaborating with product & engineering teams to create
    AI-first user experiences
  • Experimenting with
    LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI / HuggingFace models
    for prototyping and deployment
  • Fine-tuning and evaluating
    domain-specific models
    for women's health use cases
  • Deploying AI systems with
    scalable backends
    and APIs (Python, FastAPI, Firebase integrations)


What We're Looking For:

Strong foundation in
Python
and
AI/ML fundamentals

Hands-on experience with
LLMs

LangChain
,
RAG
, or
Agentic frameworks

Experience building
AI prototypes
,
chatbots
, or
autonomous agents

Familiarity with
Firebase
/
cloud backends
for app integration

Passion for solving

using AI
