What You'll Actually Do (Beyond the Usual Design Work)

  • Design Innovation & Brand Evolution
  • Create stunning jewelry collections that balance luxury aesthetics with accessible pricing
  • Develop design concepts that tell stories and connect emotionally with modern consumers
  • Lead the visual evolution of Savera's design language across all touchpoints
  • Transform market insights into breakthrough product concepts

Strategic Design Thinking

  • Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis to identify white spaces and opportunities
  • Collaborate directly with founders on strategic design decisions that shape business direction
  • Research and anticipate emerging design trends before they hit mainstream
  • Balance creative vision with commercial viability and manufacturing constraints

Culture & Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with founders to build a design-first company culture
  • Bridge the gap between creative vision and business execution
  • Collaborate across diverse teams: from marketing to operations to customer experience
  • Mentor and inspire team members as we grow, potentially building your own design team
