We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Mould Assembly to join our Client Place based at Gurgaon. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role demands expertise in precise Mould Assembly and Mould Fitting, which are mandatory skills. The ideal candidate will contribute their engineering prowess to our innovative and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assemble molds with precision, adhering to the specifications and quality standards.
  • Fit molds meticulously, ensuring proper alignment and functionality of all components.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide insights and improvements in tooling design.
  • Implement injection molding techniques for efficient and quality-focused production runs.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Operate and maintain CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless mold operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve assembly techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in mould assembly, focusing on precision and quality in every task.
  • Expertise in mould fitting, ensuring the utmost attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge of injection molding processes for optimized production and product quality.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and minimize waste.
  • Experience with CNC machining, including set-up, operation, and maintenance of machinery.
  • Strong background as a die fitter, with hands-on experience in precision fitting of dies.
  • Capability as a mould fitter with a focus on alignment and functionality of components.
