Position Overview:

Location-Bengaluru

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong understanding of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and
  • Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers, project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full stack development.
  • Implement AWS services to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Good experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and ReactJS for the front end and for the back end.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and experience in deploying applications in the cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
