1 Role Overview

Mozenthra Limited is hiring Full-Stack Developers for a government project with the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) under the Cabinet Secretariat.

Selected developers will work onsite at the client office and be responsible for complete application design, development, integration, and maintenance of web-based systems delivered through Mozenthra Limited.

2 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / . NET Core / C# / MVC.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end systems.
• Manage relational databases (MS-SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Design responsive UI with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Handle unit testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with Mozenthra Limited's project manager and the client's technical team.
• Ensure compliance with Government of India cybersecurity and NIC coding standards.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and deployment records.
• Support existing applications and provide periodic maintenance updates.

3 Required Skills

• Strong in .NET Framework / . NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
• Excellent knowledge of C#, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Front-end proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Experience in Web API / JSON / REST services
• Version control using Git / SVN
• Familiar with hosting and troubleshooting on Windows/Linux
• Knowledge of API Integration, SMS Gateway, and third-party services

4 Qualifications

Education:

• B.Tech / BE (Computer Science / IT / Electronics) OR
• MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in web-application and software development

5 Employment Terms

• Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)
• Timings: As per client office hours
• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Contract Period: 12 months (extendable)
• Reporting: IT Officer – NACWC (Client) & Project Manager – Mozenthra Limited

6 Additional Requirements

• Must be available for onsite deployment in New Delhi.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before joining.
• Must provide valid Photo ID, PAN, Bank details.
• Must be willing to attend client verification/interview prior to onboarding.

7 Project Summary

The project involves development, enhancement, and maintenance of secure web-based applications for the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) under the Cabinet Secretariat.

Work will include:

• Designing and implementing .NET-based systems
• Developing APIs and database modules
• Supporting government-grade cybersecurity compliance
• Coordinating with NIC/Cabinet Secretariat technical officers
