Position: Mechanical Engineer – Tire Manufacturing Machinery
Location: Multiple Sites Across India | Type: Full-Time | Department: Mechanical Projects
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer experienced in tire manufacturing machinery installation, repair, and maintenance. The candidate will lead site teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure project completion with strong safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
Lead and manage fitters and helpers for on-site execution.
Coordinate with clients and maintain progress communication.
Document all project activities and prepare detailed service reports.
Identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Travel and stay at project sites across India; international field service readiness is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years' experience in tire manufacturing or heavy industrial machinery.
Sound knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
High safety awareness and ability to adapt to site environments.
Willingness to travel extensively.
