Role Overview

As a Full Stack React Developer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of product development—from conceptualization to deployment. You'll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable and user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration.
  • Architect efficient and secure database solutions using MongoDB or other NoSQL technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to transform design prototypes into functional, elegant interfaces.
  • Ensure the application's scalability, reliability, and security across multiple environments.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in , , , and MongoDB.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, or Azure).
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
