Job Title: Telecaller – Travel AgencyJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with travel inquiries, promote tour packages, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, holiday deals, and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, tour packages, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, pricing, availability, and booking procedures.
  • Maintain customer follow-ups, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Update customer records, maintain call logs, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/degree in travel & tourism is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative (preferably in the travel industry).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking terminology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, and basic internet research).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (Flexible shifts depending on business requirements)
  • Weekends or holiday shifts may be required during peak travel seasons.
