Role & responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cyber security controls across IT infrastructure and applications
  • Implement and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive and confidential data
  • Ensure compliance with DPDP Act (India) and internal data privacy policies
  • Manage and administer MDM solutions for mobile devices (corporate & BYOD)
  • Define and enforce device security policies (encryption, remote wipe, app control)
  • Implement and manage email security and phishing protection, including simulations and awareness programs
  • Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus, device control)
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing
  • Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and awareness programs
  • Coordinate with IT, legal, HR, and business teams for compliance and risk mitigation
  • Support internal and external security audits and regulatory reviews

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience with DLP solutions (endpoint, email, cloud)
  • Strong understanding of DPDP Act, data privacy, and compliance
  • Experience managing MDM platforms (Intune, Mobile Iron, Workspace ONE, etc.)
  • Expertise in email security and phishing prevention
  • Experience in incident response and security monitoring
  • Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security (EDR, antivirus, disk encryption)
  • Understanding of network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
  • Knowledge of cloud security in AWS
  • Manufacturing or retail industry will be preferred
  • Any Security certifications will be plus
