What does this role hold for you…??
- Identifying customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
- Constantly work with business owners, sales, customer service and operation team to understand the company's mission and then collaborate with technology & design teams to move closer in achieving that mission.
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Using data analysis to uncover actionable insights, influence product decisions, and continuously optimize product performance.
- Staying updated with AI tools and innovations to leverage in user research, problem solving, prototyping, and accelerating product discovery.
- Building a deeper understanding of the consumer journey and leveraging communication channels to retain and engage users.
- Being savvy in analyzing, inferring, and strategizing on channel performance and managing the necessary data capability to seamlessly run communication campaigns.
- Creating and implementing product initiatives focused on driving measurable results in conversions, user engagement and traffic growth on Housing website and mobile apps.
- Developing detailed, crisp requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product.
Apply if you have…
- 2-4 years of work experience with a Technology/ Analytics/ Product Management background.
- Strong exposure to analytics and performance measurement tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel,Clevertap, Adobe or similar.
- Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into strategic product decisions.
- Awareness and curiosity around AI tools for user research, problem solving, and prototyping.
- Ability to analyze and strategize channel performance, while building the right data capabilities to enable effective communication campaigns.
- Hands-on software engineering/ business analytics experience (desirable).
- A streamlined thinking and logical depth to break down complex problems in solvable steps.
- Love for Data, i.e. ability to make quick judgements based on small or large sets of data and embed this as a habit in every key judgement you make.
