Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable futureThis role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.About the roleAs Software Engineer, API Cloud in Enphase Cloud Engineering group, your mission will be to develop and maintain cloud-based software services & modules that cater to millions of users and process terabytes of data.What You will be doingWork on cloud-based microservices and distributed systems to deliver scalable solutionsImplement secure, high-performance backend web applicationsDevelop software applications using design patterns, efficient data structures, and algorithmsPrimarily work with Java and Spring Boot, with light exposure to Ruby and PythonCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and project managers, following best-in-class agile software development processesWho you are and what you bringExperienceB.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and >70% marks2+ years of total experience for B.E/B.TechMinimum 2+ years of experience in building robust backend systemsAt least 1+ years of hands-on experience using Spring and Spring BootTechnical ExpertiseExperience working on large-scale software projectsProven experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in Spring BootKnowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing conceptsExperience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBExperience with using Java testing frameworks such as Junit, MockitoFamiliarity with software build tools, such as Gradle and MavenIn-depth knowledge of core web technologies such as HTTP protocolsFamiliarity with software version control systems such as Git and SVNProblem-Solving SkillsA solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and efficient debugging methodologiesBonus SkillsHands-on experience working in agile teams with product-focused deliveryExperience with Ruby on Rails
