Movate, formerly CSS Corp Pvt Ltd, is currently looking to fill the position of Technical Support Engineer (L1). We are searching for individuals with exceptional communication abilities and a background in Computer Science.

**Job Role and Responsibilities:**

  • Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience with a solid understanding of networking principles.
  • A degree in Computer Science is required, while an Engineering background and networking certification are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in IP Address, DNS, DHCP processes, OSI Layers, and troubleshooting capabilities is essential.
  • Strong English communication skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in technical voice support is a plus, especially with international exposure.
  • Qualifications should include 10+2+UG/PG with relevant experience.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Salary: INR 3 lakh to 5 lakh per annum (based on experience)
  • Shift Timing: US shift (5.30 PM to 9.30 AM within a 9-hour working window with a 1-hour break)
  • Work Location: Ambit IT Park, Chennai
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Schedule: Night shift (rotational)
