Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Leadership:Provide vision and strategic direction for academic programs, ensuring they align with the institution's mission.
  • Curriculum & Program Development:Oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of academic curricula and programs to maintain quality and relevancy.
  • Faculty & Staff Management:Lead faculty recruitment, hiring, development, and evaluation, fostering a supportive and excellent academic environment.
  • Academic Policies & Integrity:Develop, implement, and enforce academic policies and procedures, while promoting academic integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management:Manage the academic unit's budget, allocate resources effectively, and oversee fiscal matters.
  • Student Success:Implement strategies for student recruitment, retention, and academic progress, working to ensure student success.
  • External Relations:Serve as a liaison to students, faculty, and administrators, and represent the school to external partners, donors, and the broader community.
  • Accreditation & Assessment:Oversee academic planning, assessment processes, and accreditation activities to drive continuous improvement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹120,000.00 per month
