Refrigeration Operator

We are looking for skilled Refrigeration Operators to join our food processing plant. The operators will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems to ensure proper cooling and storage conditions for raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Ensure temperature and humidity levels are maintained as per food safety standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of refrigeration units.
• Identify and report any technical issues or malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain records of temperature logs, daily checklists, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and company SOPs during plant operations.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians/engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field.
• Prior experience in refrigeration operations, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, chillers, and cold storage systems.
• Ability to work in shift timings (12-hour duty).
• Physically fit and able to work in cold storage environments when required.
