Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Gulf clients.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple job categories.
  • Ensure timely closures of requirements within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 2 to 8 years in Gulf/Middle East recruitment (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes & visa requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing & headhunting skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
