Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer (Team Lead) who can manage the creative team while delivering high-quality static designs and motion video content. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, guide, and manage the graphic design team.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  • Review team output and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams for project requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior designers to enhance skills and productivity.

Static Creative Design:

  • Develop engaging static creatives for social media, ads, websites, and branding.
  • Conceptualize and execute design ideas as per brand guidelines.
  • Work on layouts, infographics, banners, posters, and promotional materials.

Motion Graphics & Video Creation:

  • Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Create short promotional videos, reels, explainers, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions, visual appeal, and brand consistency in motion projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio of static and motion graphic work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agency or digital marketing setups.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics is a plus.
