Role Overview

We're looking for a
UI/UX Developer
who is passionate about crafting seamless, user-friendly experiences that balance functionality with simplicity. You'll play a key role in designing and developing intuitive interfaces for our core products, ensuring they are not only functional but also delightful to use.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Build and implement responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces in

    (bonus if you know Flutter/React Native).
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create and maintain a consistent design system across platforms.
  • Balance clean aesthetics with accessibility and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development work.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma/Adobe XD
    (design) and

    (frontend dev).
  • Understanding of design principles, accessibility, and mobile-first responsive design.
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships/projects count if you can showcase impact).
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie).
  • Familiarity with financial/fintech or social-impact apps.
  • Basic knowledge of backend APIs and integration.
