· Job Key Responsibilities

1. Entering daily data operational data (Sales, purchase, inventory, Dispatch, etc.) in to ERP System.

2. Verifying and cross Checking data accuracy before final submission.

3. Maintaining and updating customer, vender, and production master data.

4. Generating and Sharing reports (stock, sales, purchase etc.) as per management requirements.

5. Coordinate with different department (account, HR, purchase, sales) to collect and update data records.

6. Identifying errors discrepancies in entries and correction them.

7. Supporting ERP implementation, migration and upgrading

8. Maintaining confidentiality and security of business data

· Skill Required :

1. Strong typing and data entry skill with accuracy.

2. Basic knowledge of ERP software (Tally ERP).

3. Good knowledge of MS office, word and reposting tools.

4. Attention to details and problem solving attitude.

5. Ability to handle repetitive task efficiently.

6. Communication and coordination.

7. Prior experience in ERP data entry or back office operation is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
