Role: Head Chef (Full-Time)
We're looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations — someone who can bring creativity to the plate, maintain quality and consistency, and inspire the team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, from prep to plating.
- Design and execute health-oriented continental dishes that align with Green Door's ethos.
- Manage kitchen inventory, inward/outward materials, and coordinate dispatch.
- Handle basic inventory and billing software (training can be provided).
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and growth.
- Collaborate with management to innovate and refine the menu regularly.
Who You Are:
- A passionate chef with proven experience in continental cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable with basic computer operations (inventory/billing management).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and creative with an eye for presentation.
- Excited about growth opportunities in a health-driven food brand.
