Job Description

Ready for an exciting BIM adventure? We're looking for a BIM Modeller passionate about plumbing and firefighting systems. Here's what you'll do:

• BIM Modeling & Coordination

• Create 3D BIM models for plumbing and firefighting systems

• Solve conflicts between MEP disciplines like a pro

• Drawing & Documentation

• Craft 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings

• Manage project documentation and version control

• Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure model integrity, design accuracy, and compliance with codes

• Be the superhero of plumbing standards

• Collaboration & Improvement

• Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and boost efficiency

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, or a closely related engineering discipline is mandatory.

• Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems is required.

• Proven track record of involvement in MEP design and coordination for commercial, residential, or industrial projects is essential.

• Technical Proficiencies:

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM platforms is non-negotiable.

• Comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and workflows is crucial.
• Demonstrated expertise in clash detection methodologies and resolution processes is imperative.

- - Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving capabilities are paramount.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies and industry best practices in BIM is required.
