Job Title: Exchange FSC (Field Sales Consultant – Exchange)

Role Objective:
The Exchange FSC will be responsible for generating exchange car leads, evaluating used vehicles, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth exchange transactions to support new car sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate exchange leads through field activities, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct physical inspection and evaluation of used vehicles as per company process.
- Coordinate with new car sales consultants for exchange deals.
- Negotiate prices with customers to close exchange transactions profitably.
- Ensure proper documentation and RC transfer process.
- Maintain accurate exchange stock and valuation records.
- Follow OEM and dealership exchange policies and SOPs.
- Achieve assigned exchange conversion targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the exchange journey.
- Coordinate with used car team / vendors for vehicle liquidation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of used car valuation and market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in field sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of RTO documentation and RC transfer process.
- Familiarity with DMS / CRM systems is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in exchange / used car sales.
- Graduate / 12th pass (preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Salary & Incentives:
Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
