Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working, motivated individual with at least a 10th pass (or equivalent) education to join our team as Supervisor. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month training program (with stipend) to learn all key duties and then begin working full-time on site. The role involves supporting Site works, ensuring educational quality, coordinating with site enngineers& Project heads, and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

During Training (First 3 Months):

  • Understand safety, behavior management, discipline rules.

After Training:

  • Keep accurate records: attendance sheets, progress reports, feedback.
  • Coordinate with project heads and engineers when needed.
  • Report issues (infrastructure, discipline, performance) to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum education: 10th pass (or equivalent). Additional qualifications (12th / diploma / degree) will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in [Telugu, Hindi] and English (if required).
  • Demonstrated hard-work, punctuality, reliability.
  • Leadership ability; able to coordinate small teams.
  • Good organizational skills; able to maintain records & manage time well.
  • Patience, empathy, resilience; capability to handle staff positively.
  • Willingness to work onsite full time.

Stipend / Salary & Benefits

  • Stipend during training: [15000] per month.
  • After training: Salary (based on performance / experience).
