We are currently searching for a Finance & IT Compliance Analyst to assist our Finance and IT departments with supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal control and compliance matters. This position will have broad exposure to the IT and finance organizations of our global company.

The preferred candidate must be comfortable working closely with various technology and business teams to perform tests of controls, to provide feedback and to assist with strategies for problem resolution. The candidate must have the ability to analyze complex processes and understand their impact across the multiple systems of a global organization.

• Analyzing and testing Information Technology General Controls.
• Implementing and reporting on the phases of the SOX Compliance Program, as it relates to the Information Technology General Controls.
• Facilitate and/or provide assistance to the IT Department when implementing their mitigating plans to address audit findings and risks identified.
• Provide support to external auditors in the performance of the audits they have been engaged to perform.
• Provide support for compliance related projects as needed.

• 3 years of relevant experience in IT controls, IT testing, internal audit or compliance
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a Business discipline (e.g. Finance, Accounting)
• Experience with IT audits
• Prior experience with SOX is a plus
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA or CISA is a plus
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service attitude
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively with others and also be productive independently
• Domestic and international travel will occasionally be required
• Flexible, roll-up-your sleeves, hands-on attitude and attracted to the challenges and opportunities of working within a collaborative, dynamic work environment
