Salesforce Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing on Salesforce platforms.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Work with business analysts and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and covered in test cases.
• Log defects, track them to closure, and provide detailed test reports.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases on Skills :
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud).
• Experience in manual testing and test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking/test management tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Salesforce certification (preferred but not : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
