About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead internal and

client-facing projects within our cloud services portfolio. This role requires strong

coordination across technical, sales, support, and operations teams to ensure timely

execution of cloud solution deployments, onboarding workflows, and internal

initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability

throughout the project lifecycle—from planning to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in cloud services or IT consulting

who is comfortable managing cross-functional projects and enjoys driving structure

in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects including cloud deployments,

internal operational improvements, and client onboarding workflows.

● Collaborate closely with cloud architects, support teams, sales teams, and

leadership to align on priorities and execution timelines.

● Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external

stakeholders, ensuring project clarity and alignment at all times.

● Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using project management

tools like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or MS Project.

● Document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items accurately and

follow up to ensure accountability.

● Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance

summaries to stakeholders and leadership teams.

● Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; propose and implement

mitigation strategies proactively.

● Drive continuous improvement in project execution by analyzing workflows

and identifying process optimization opportunities.

● Ensure structured documentation, adherence to governance practices, and

compliance with internal standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For

● Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP certification is a strong advantage.

● 4–7 years of experience in project management or coordination roles, ideally

in cloud services, IT consulting, or SaaS companies.

● Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects in parallel within

cross-functional, distributed teams.

● Strong organizational and analytical skills with a track record of

process-driven execution.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize

and present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

● Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as

Asana, Jira, MS Project, or ClickUp or similar tools.

● Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies is a

strong plus.

● Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a growth-oriented, team-first

environment.
