Responsibilities and Duties
  • Fresher Only
  • With Excellent Communication skills
  • Attending incoming and making outgoing calls to patients to handle the appointment from them.
  • Receiving the patients at the clinic in a polite and pleasant way.
  • Ensuring that the patients meet the doctor as per the appointment schedule order.
  • Making the appointment schedule of patients on a daily basis and typing them into the tab or computer.
  • Handling the swipe machine or cash at the reception.
