Position Overview:

This role requires an individual with a robust IT technical engineering background, focused on the successful agile development and project delivery across the Enterprise Integration landscape. Given the ongoing transformation within the integration landscape, the selected candidate is expected to lead efforts aimed at renewing this space. The candidate will have to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a keen focus on requirements assessment and solution design that aligns with the overall Enterprise Integration architecture.

Responsibilities

The candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into IT technical requirements, ensuring that the designs are implemented, tested, and delivered efficiently.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Converting IT requirements into a comprehensive solution that undergoes a thorough implementation, testing, and delivery process.
  • Working in tandem with the offshore team leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables are prioritized.
  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting the solutions that are delivered to production.
  • Inspecting and verifying the quality of releases prior to delivery.
  • Offering recommendations to both IT and business stakeholders about potential solutions.
  • Ensuring that the architecture and design is systematically documented, including field mapping.
  • Supporting solution deployments, executing necessary testing processes, and providing adequate training to key users.
  • Reporting on progress during sprints and ensuring alignment with the manager and onsite team.
  • Being accountable for solution design and ensuring it aligns with the Solution Architecture and IT service owner.

Required Skills

  • Candidates interested in this position should meet the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of application integration development and migration is required.
  • Proven skills in key integration technologies such as Rest API, JSON, XML, and Web services.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft, particularly version 4.x, MuleSoft ESB, and Anypoint platform.
  • Experience with API and web services development and implementing various integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Cloudhub and Anypoint platform for end-to-end deployment management.
  • Practical experience integrating platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of SQL query writing and familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and agentic workflows, particularly using Mulesoft features or similar AI platforms, would be considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms is highly valued, along with ETL experience.
  • Candidates should be adept at participating in Proof of concepts (POC), agile methodologies, and display a strong desire to understand integrations involving SaaS applications.
  • A results-oriented approach towards customer service, complemented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in Business English.
