Job Summary:

Advaya is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, for targeted keywords.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for link building and outreach to improve website authority.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
