Position: RevEx Operations / RevEx Expert – Digital Marketing

Shifts: Day / Mid / Night shift (Flexible as per business requirement)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Stipend: No stipend for first 3 months (Training & Evaluation Period).

Post 3 Months: Performance evaluation + Appraisal consideration based on results.

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for the RevEx Operations team. The role is ideal for MBA (Digital Marketing) candidates or individuals who have completed RevEx Operations / RevEx Expert DM course and want to build a strong foundation in digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on RevEx operations, performance tracking, and digital marketing processes.
• Assist senior team members in campaign execution, reporting & optimization tasks.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and revenue-oriented marketing operations.
• Support cross-functional teams for process implementation and delivery.
• Handle communication, documentation, and coordination tasks professionally.
• Contribute to daily/weekly performance reviews and improvement strategies.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools & concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with teams during multiple shift timings.

Eligibility

• MBA in Digital Marketing or RevEx Operations / RevEx Expert course completed.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant exposure.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹41,148.13 per month
