Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable resource to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling cash applications, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
  • Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and invoices.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to accounts receivable.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in customer management and cash application.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in EST shift.
