We are hiring Associates / Senior Associates for SCM Department.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for negotiation of one or more sub-category sourcing strategies, with a specific focus on digital technology and/ or Enterprise Software.
  2. Conduct Market research to identify potential suppliers and product offerings.
  3. Analyze competitor pricing, product quality and overall market positioning.
  4. Evaluate potential vendors based on quality, reliability, pricing and compliance.
  5. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the procurement of medical, surgical and laboratory products.
  7. Supported through evidence-based evaluation of supply quality, contract compliance, standardization, and supply chain cost containment.
  8. Implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining product quality.
  9. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends.
  10. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  11. Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including MS excel is a requisite skill for this role.
  12. Proven experience in sourcing, MDM, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
  13. Effective communication and relation building skills.
  14. Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in MDM, Spend Analysis.

  2. Should have good communication and negotiation skills.

  3. Should work in night shifts.
