Job Purpose

- Competency & Exposure for trouble shooting of key Tractor Plant manufacturing equipment : Assembly Conveyors, CNC Machines, Paint Shop Robotics, Transmission & Engine Test beds.

- Ability to work as per TPM Methodology. Plan for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.

-Exposure to AM & PM activities .

- Working exposure to Manufacturing Business Excellence Systems like WCM / WCQ Approach towards plant equipment maintenance.

- Experience with Tractor Manufacturing Plant will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, monitor and guide team in plant maintenance and equipment upkeep; Review predictive maintenance plan prepared by team and oversee implementation;
  • Address breakdown maintenance issues through deployment of manpower and providing guidance; Plan and develop multi-skill profiles on shop- floor;
  • Ensure implementation of CNH Business Systems at the shop-floor; Devise long term solutions for recurring problems; Receive and develop action plan for Emergency Work Orders (EWOs);
  • Ensure the development of his team members and Train team on ISO 14001, 16001, 18001 certifications specifications;
  • Monitor and control consumption of energy in the utilities and engineering processes;
Experience Required

Minimum 21 to 25 years of experience from Tractor/Construction equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
