What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality and engaging
    visual content
    : images, videos, reels, carousels, infographics, blog feature images, podcast snippets & more.
  • Convert
    long-format videos → short social edits
    (Reels/YT Shorts).
  • Repurpose one idea into multiple formats creatively & efficiently.
  • Build and engage with our
    community
    by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes, and customer experiences.
  • Track
    trends, competitors, and platform insights
    to stay ahead of the content curve.
  • Attend
    Farmers' Markets / On-ground events
    to:
  • Capture photos & videos
  • Collect customer testimonials
  • Understand product experience firsthand
  • Adapt & design marketing collateral:
  • Posters, labels, brochures, product flyers, offers, catalogs, campaign creatives, WhatsApp creatives, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong
    video editing + graphic design
    skills.
  • Comfort with tools like
    Premiere Pro / Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut
    etc.
  • A sense of
    aesthetics, storytelling, and brand psychology
    .
  • Someone who loves
    researching trends
    and is proactive with ideas.
  • Bonus: Experience creating content for
    Instagram-first brands
    .
