Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Implement responsive and mobile-first design principles, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs and manage application security.
  • Utilize modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in software development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the React ecosystem and web development technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for APIs and application architecture.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, and HTML
  • Strong understanding of web application development and architecture
  • Experience with REST API integration and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development (nice to have)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and code review best practices
  • Ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement.
