Role Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production activities in our coating facility. The ideal candidate will ensure productivity, safety, and quality compliance while guiding the coating team toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate blasting, painting, and metallizing operations.
• Monitor job progress and maintain production schedules.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure surface preparation and coating parameters meet specifications.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize rework.
• Manage manpower allocation, material usage, and job documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
• Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Candidates must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Basic knowledge of industrial paints and coatings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with NACE, ISO, or other coating standards is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle on-site coordination and guide the production team effectively.
