Responsibilities :

  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP EHS implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure SAP EHS modules such as Incident Management, Hazardous Substance Management, Waste Management, Occupational Health, and Product Safety.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EHS systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
  • Perform system upgrades and apply support packages.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Interact with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on SAP EHS solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EHS trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for SAP EHS implementations.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new SAP EHS functionalities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all project phases, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP EHS consulting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EHS modules, including Incident Management, Hazardous Substance Management, Waste Management, Occupational Health, and Product Safety.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP EHS configuration and implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Experience with S/4HANA EHS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to EHS.
