Job Title: Part-Time Trainer SequelMed PMS

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time / Project-Based

Compensation: Monthly (to be discussed and finalized based on experience)

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced SequelMed PMS Trainer for a part-time, project-based engagement. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the SequelMed Practice Management System (PMS) and its complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functionalities.

The primary responsibility will be to train our existing staff on SequelMed PMS operations, workflows, and best practices across all functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training sessions for the internal team on SequelMed PMS.

  • Deliver comprehensive instruction on core RCM functions, including:

  • Charge Posting

  • Payments Posting

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up & Denials Management

  • Guide staff through the end-to-end PMS workflow, ensuring they understand and can effectively perform daily tasks.

  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and address queries during training.
  • Assist in creating training materials, process notes, or reference guides (if required).
  • Evaluate participant progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working on SequelMed PMS in a professional RCM environment.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes and terminology.
  • Prior experience in Charge Posting, Payment Posting, and AR/Denials using SequelMed PMS.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver training within defined timelines.

Engagement Details:

  • Type: Part-time, project-based opportunity
  • Duration: Until completion of staff training
  • Compensation: Monthly, based on discussion and experience
