Position Summary

The Retail Salesperson is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation standards. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that aligns with company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide accurate product information, features, and benefits to support purchasing decisions.
• Actively engage in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting ongoing offers or loyalty programs.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the store's POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels on shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and labeling.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Follow company policies, security guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Participate in daily store opening and closing activities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–2 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,365.07 per month
