Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Steel Structures to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of site

execution experience in PEB erection, structural works, and coordination at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute PEB erection and related civil/structural works at site.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, erection drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status.
  • Ensure material availability at site and maintain proper records.
  • Handle site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality checks.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB structure erection, alignment, and installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
  • Good understanding of construction safety practices.
  • Site management and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project reports).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability at site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in PEB / Steel Structure industry.
  • Willingness to work at project sites (PAN India, if required).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently.
