Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Salon Manager to participate in the daily management and smooth running of our salon operations. The Assistant Manager will support the Salon Manager with staff supervision, Client billing, , scheduling, client relations, inventory management, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day salon operations and staff activities
  • Help manage HairStylists, Beauticians, Nail Technicians, and other salon staff schedules effectively
  • Ensure smooth customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their preferences
  • Manage inventory control, including tracking product stock and ordering supplies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate revenue reports, expenses, and payroll records
  • Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance evaluation
  • Support salon marketing efforts including promotions and social media presence
  • Ensure salon cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the Salon Manager to achieve business targets and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Salon Manager or similar supervisory role in a reputed Salon or Beauty Industry with in-depth knowlwdge Of Zenoti POS Software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of current Beauty trends and Salon services
  • Basic proficiency with Excel and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with social media marketing beneficial
  • Educational background in Business Administration or cosmetology is a plus
