Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compounding Fresher (GET) at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd, located in Haridwar. The responsibilities include assisting in the compounding operations, ensuring proper mixing and quality control of raw materials, maintaining records of compound formulations, and monitoring the automation processes. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures, contributing to continuous process improvements, and collaborating with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in maintaining records and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- BSC IT or Bsc candidate can apply
- Experience or internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus
