SCCM lead experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments Good knowledge on ITIL framework Experience in WSUS, MDT, SCCM CB / 2012 and Microsoft Intune (Autopilot) Operating Systems Concepts - Active Directory (on premise and Azure AD, Security, OS Internals Experience in SCCM CO Management & CMG (Cloud Management Gateway) Experience in working with MS Intune in Autopilot on both Hybrid and Azure AD connect Experience in Defining policies and application provisioning in MS Intune platform Experience in Design, implementation and managing MDM/ MAM with/without enrolment SCCM experience in server work, installing server OS patches and/or other configuration changes as needed. Experience in SQL Queries. Exchange, Mobile device configuration and app deployment & build management Knowledge on Cloud products like Azure, Office 365 Mobile device management using Intune tools and programming knowledge (preferable PowerShell or Python) Mobile Device Management product / Mobile Application Management product experience Must have experience in performing RCA, reporting after resolutions Must have excellent debugging and problem analysis skills. Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Good communication skills and has relevant experience in handling customer independently
