Senior SEO

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Organic Digital Marketing Specialist (or Strategist) to lead and drive all organic digital marketing and SEO initiatives for GALTech's in-house projects and a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and Middle East.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver data-driven strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor or manage team members as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies for both internal and client projects.
• Take ownership of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including keyword research, site audits, optimization, link building, and authority management.
• Lead content marketing, web/blog strategy, video marketing, and organic social media growth, including influencer and community engagement.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives, focusing on organic audience growth, engagement, and newsletter campaigns.
• Implement and leverage AI-based and automation tools to enhance organic growth and measure campaign performance.
• Manage local, technical, and international SEO for internal and client brands.
• Lead campaign tracking, analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization to improve ROI.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior team members as needed.
• Stay up to date with search engine updates, analytics trends, digital marketing innovations, and industry best practices.
• Portfolio or examples of successful SEO projects/campaigns are mandatory for application.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO and organic digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; Middle East/client experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and to lead, mentor, or supervise team members.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, and AI/automation tools.
• Strong experience in web content, social media management, and email marketing best practices.
• Expertise in technical and content SEO, analytics, team leadership, project management, and performance reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven in a dynamic, multi-project work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the UAE/Middle East market.
• Working knowledge of Arabic (a plus).
• Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.

Pay: ₹25, ₹80,000.00 per month
