The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting applications for the post of Additional Legal Advisor, on a deputation basis.

Pay-Scale:
Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900/- per month

Educational Qualification:
LL.B.

Eligibility:
Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory/Autonomous Statutory or Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institutions

  • i. Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or

ii. With five years' regular service in post in the Pay Level 12 (Rs in the Pay Matrix in the parent cadre/Department or equivalent;

  • Possessing the educational qualifications and experience:-
  • degree in Law of a recognized University; and

ii. Twelve years' experience as an advocate in conducting criminal cases or Twelve years' experience in State Judicial Service or in the Legal Department of a State Government or Central Government or Union Territory or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institution.
